A modern and comfortably furnished beach house located in Lorne’s “dress circle”, within easy walking

distance to the town centre, the beach, and the bush. Only 2 doors up the hill from La Perouse B&B.

A fully equipped kitchen (including electric range-top and oven, microwave oven and dishwasher) and a

dining table that can seat 8, suitable for dinner parties. The living area opens out on to a large sunnydeck

(with BBQ) with expansive views over Loutitt Bay, in a native garden setting which attracts bird life in

spring, summer and autumn including the friendly King Parrots, Galahs and Kookaburras.

The upper level contains a combined large living, dining and kitchen area, the master bedroom with a

Queen-size bed with electric blankets, bathroom, separate toilet, and second bedroom with two single

beds.

The lower level contains a large bedroom with Queen-size bed with electric blankets and an en-suite

bathroom with toilet and shower recess, together with a separate laundry with modern washing machine.

This is a beautifully appointed beach house that takes full advantage of its hillside setting, its native

garden and sunny orientation to provide a quite but easily accessible all-seasons holiday retreat.
