The living area opens out on to a large sunnydeck (with BBQ) with expansive views over Loutitt Bay, in a native garden setting which attracts bird life in spring, summer and autumn.
The upper level contains a combined large living, dining and kitchen area, the master bedroom with a Queen-size bed with electric blankets, bathroom, separate toilet, and second bedroom with two single beds. The lower level contains a large bedroom with Queen-size bed with electric blankets and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower recess, together with a separate laundry with modern washing machine. This is a beautifully appointed beach house that takes full advantage of its hillside setting, its native garden and sunny orientation to provide a quite but easily accessible all-seasons holiday retreat.
